RISE is an internship program targeted toward higher education (community college, undergraduate, graduate, and PhD) students and recent higher education graduates who are entering the green workforce. RISE’s mission statement is:
“Leveraging diverse partnerships, RISE’s mission is to create a sustainable future and green workforce for Hawaii through paid work opportunities.”
